Eating for Happiness is about eating to nourish the body, whilst protecting the mind from incorrect influences that can be taken in through food. Ultimately, the goal of this is to enable us to move our attention from the physical to the Spirit, which is the source of ultimate happiness.
Being well accustomed to the needs of families with young children, we have incorporated tips for children into this programme so that no little body will be excluded from our circle of compassion.
